2017 - The Plan

The plan is to pull the kids out of school one week before the Spring Bank Half Term Holiday and for them to have a week of Grandparent time before a last UK family holiday with Grandparents, Aunt, Uncle and Cousins. We'll return to Laurin, hopefully organise a farewell party and leave sometime shortly after the 6th June. We'll then sail to Caen via Ramsgate, Dover, Boulogne, Dieppe and Fécamp. From there we will travel onwards into the French Inland Waterways.

On exiting the Inland Waterways sometime after the beginning of September our plan is to head south for either Sicily or Malta depending on if where other kid boats are (if we find any). If we are travelling slower than planned we may winter in Corsica; one of the benefits of this trip is that we can change course any time we want.

2018 Will hopefully see us exploring Albania, Greece, Spain and possibly some parts of Northern Africa.
